Parallax not working properly and smooth scrolling not so smooth

The revolution slider doesnt work well, while parallax is on. I thought is it was rev slider, but it works just fine on other templates/sites.
The black and white parallax picture : "See why we are the best" is jumpy. This background picture doesn't appear at all on safari or firefox, and fixed on IE 11
In essence the whole page is say scrappy.
This is the mechanic outlay. I have tried this on other hosting as well, same thing.

we have checked your website already and don't understand what is wrong. Smooth scroll works fine so we don't understand your problem. BTW there is no parallax on your demo. We recommend to import our original demo and slider and without changing anything test it because problem can be related with your settings/plugins.
