Section ID Padding

I have hyper links set up on each icon where it scrolls down to the section ID, however, the menu is covering the top of the page.

Is there a way to put padding so that whenever I press the hyperlink, it scrolls down a bit more?

Hi,
Unfortunately, BeTheme doesn't have such an option to modify the scroll feature.
It's created to scroll to "ID" only and it cannot be modified without theme files customization.
