Firm homepage space

Hi there

I have been working on creating a website using https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/firm/

I was created the site on a test server, and when I have moved the site over to a new server, I have lost the space on the homepage, and the heading covers the menu now.

I am unable to provide a link to the site on the new server as it is currently locked to internal ip's, but hoping this is something you have encountered before.

This was the site on the first server http://www.vrachnasandco.website/ and this is what it looks like now http://www.vrachnasandco.website/home2.png (this only happens on the homepage)

Hi,

Please be sure that the minimalist option in Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header is turned off.

That made some difference, but it is still missing some of the space.

We would have to see the website and its code. We cannot say what is wrong from screenshots.

Please upload this website to a remote server so we can take a look. Otherwise it is just shoting in the dark.

Hi,

It looks like your minimalist option is still turned on - I can see it inside your body tag.

Please be sure that the minimalist option in Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header is turned off.

Also, disable all of the plugins and clear the cache.

i put it back to 'minimalist without header space' as this is the option selected on the original server.

If i turn it off, all of the internal page headers look strange.

But just for kicks, I have done as you have asked and have turned it off again.

The homepage has more space now, but still doesn't look the same as on the original server.

All of the internal pages have extra space now that wasn't on the original server.

I just cant understand how copying over all files, and the copying over the database creates a different looking site? Surely all settings would move across in tact?

Wait, I'm a little bit confused.
You want to change the space on the original server or current?
I do not see any space(only on the menu there is a little bit of space because of the logo) - http://www.vrachnasandco.com.au/

(if your website does not load correctly, tell me it.

I mean, the hosts file could not change the redirection, that's because I'm working on windows today)

On the second website (the .website) there is no any space.
The only space is the padding you created:

I have not pointed name servers at this domain yet http://www.vrachnasandco.com.au/ that is why you need to change hosts file. I am not going to change nameservers until i fix the issue.

This is the test server where i built the site http://www.vrachnasandco.website/ - this is how i want the site to look.

I have copies the site and database over to this server 103.42.109.8 - if you change your hosts file to point www.vrachnasandco.com.au at 103.42.109.8 you can view the site at http://www.vrachnasandco.com.au/

This is what it looks like after moving (home page) http://prntscr.com/m1zjm9 - there should be more space below the text.

Please edit the section(in muffin builder) with this text and change the padding value.

The amounts from screenshot (top:50px, bottom:400px) should be okay.

That didn't work either. In the end I just transferred the site across for the 3rd time, and now it loads correctly.

Not sure what was happening but all is well. Thanks for your help.
