404 Error Page Doesn't Display Menu Header and Footer

Hi, I have set up a custom 404 page on my website: https://timemachinevision.com/404-error/. When I visit the page directly, it displays the header and footer like any other page does. However, when I visit a page that doesn't exist, it takes me to the page, but it does not show a header nor footer.

Hello,

edit that page and set the template to blank. This will not show the header nor the footer.
