Can't update Revolution Slider

Hi

I've checked the suggested fix for this which says to check you haven't registered Slider Revolution elsewhere, and I only have the one copy of BeTheme, so this won't be an issue as it is only used on the single site.

Therefore I am not sure what the issue is - I am getting this error: https://ibb.co/P1jYk99

Can't install the update can you assist please?
