Revolution slider

Hi,

I'm trying to install Revolution slider with BeTheme for www.faktory66.com.

My purchase code for this website is [do-not-post-license-keys-in-the-public-forum]

But, I have this error message.

The archive could not be installed. This extension does not contain any files.
The installation of the extension failed. 

Why can I install Revolution Slider? The same thing happens with Layer Slider or others that are included
with BeTheme. Can you help me with this one? Thank you!

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

Hi,

Now, I know what's going on.

I have worked on my client website in a subdomain of our website and my license key is used on this subdomain, and not on the website directly... I will contact muffingroup to fix that.
