Hi, To make it happen, you have to edit theme files. We provide a basic version of WooCommerce which does not have this kind of functionality. And as you probably know, we do not support files customization.
But, I suggest you take a look on the internet, there is a lot of tutorials on how to remove pagination and add load more button or just lazy loading for it. Thanks
