Please contact your hosting provider and check if the current PHP version on your server has CURL enabled.

I have the same issue and the CURL is on. So how to fix the PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) ? thx.

Please contact the hosting provider and ask him if the current PHP version on your server has CURL enabled.

Also, disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and try to update your theme.
