  Please disable all of the plugins (leave the WPBakery turned on only), clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

  Have you found out anything? I sent you the login info two days ago. I work with the WpBakery editor daily on other theme sites, so this issue must be related to BeTheme

  the wpbakery front end editor is working, we have added a text box at the end of the page.

  You most likely mean that you cannot edit the existing content on the website, the problem is that the pre-built websites are only editable with the Muffin Builder in the backend. You cannot edit pre-built websites with WPBakery.
