Hello,
how to set related posts (portfolios) sections in single portfolio page? Same like in Single blog page. Is it possible?

Hi,
Yes, it's possible.
Just please go to the Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Portfolio.
In the "Single Portfolio Project" you'll find the "Relate Projects | Count", increase this value to be more than 0 and it will display your related projects.
