Menu One Page trouble

Hi.

The menu in One page isn't highlighted when I'm at home: mypage.com. The menu also highlights when I'm in the last section, the previous section is highlighted. The same happens in the example: Be|Disco. I'm in the contact section but the menu is selected reviews. I have to take two clicks in contact in the menu so that it is highlighted.
