Cannot access pre-built websites

Hi there,

I contacted you previously about our issues, but to summarize, the issue we are having is that the pre-built websites do not appear in the menu and that page is not accessible. If I go to the BeTheme dashboard and click on the "pre-built websites" link, it takes me to a page that just says:

"Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

Steps I have taken to try and resolve the issues so far:
- Deregister the theme
- Uninstall the theme
- Deactivate ALL plugins
- Log out and log in
- Download the theme from ThemeForest again and upload it to the website
- Re-register the theme
- Log out and log in

Still, after all these steps, when I try to go to that page, I get that same message:

"Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

Please help. We are stuck and falling behind our schedule because of this ongoing issue.
