can not install the revolution slider

Hello,

I bought a new Betheme. Why can I not install the revolution slider? Why do I always have to contact support for the slider revolution?

Why can I not send screenshots through your page?

here is the error message:

The destination folder already exists. /mnt/web420/a0/38/59841238/htdocs/WordPress_01/wp-content/plugins/revslider/

Plugin installation failed.

You have to connect into your server via the FTP and remove the /revslider/ directory.

It will solve your problem.
