Unable to override Sub-header image on a per page basis

Hello,

I'm trying to update the header image found in Pages > Page > Subheader | Image. My client would like to assign a different image on a per-page basis. But uploading a new image here does nothing.

I have tried deleting the image in BeTheme > Header & Subheader > Header > (Backgound, Image) and that doesn't work.

I have tried hiding it and that works.

Hope you can help.

Hi,
Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co

The description I wrote in my original post is very clear, but here is a link to a page on the site:

I'm trying to change the sub-header image on this (and other pages) page from a star fish on a piece of wood:

to something else.

According to the instructions on this page:

https://staging2019.class-ic.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=be-options

Pages without slider. May be overridden for single page.
Recommended image width: 1920px

But when I edit the individual pages, like this one:

https://staging2019.class-ic.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=2772&action=edit

and scroll to the Subheader | Image section, uploading a file there does not override the image.

I can set up an administrative user for you, but how should I send the password?
