Footer action bar, less padding around text

Can you tell me if there is anyway to make the widget footer call to action bar have less padding above and below text. I want to make it slightly narrower.

Yes, it is possible. This can be done within below css:
#Footer .footer_action .one { margin-bottom: 15px; padding-top: 15px; }
