data lost during update

I have installed the latest version of the BeTheme with Filezilla on my website https://charterboot-mecklenburg.de/ . also the plugin WPBakery Page Builder has been updated. On my website the logo, the start slider, several pictures and the header picture are missing on the following pages. The backend says:
This theme recommends the following plugin: BeTheme Header Builder. The following plugins need to be updated to their latest version to ensure maximum compatibility with this theme: Layer Slider and Slider Revolution.
Where can I get these updates? Aren't they part of the BeTheme?

You can install/update them in the BeTheme > Install Plugins.

I did the updates and two problems occurred:
1. an error occurred when updating LayerSlider WP: Update package not available.
2. the green bar under the headline and the decoration border in the start slider has disappeared.

Please disable all of your plugins first. Then send us the screenshot of the border using sng.gy or pasteboard.co.

Please also try to deregister and then register your betheme. The update package message sometimes gets in the way and this process helps to fix it. Try to update a couple of times after you deregister your license key in wordpress>betheme>dasboard.

Hi,

That's because your SSL certificate is not set correctly and you're mixing URLS (HTTP with HTTPS)

Please migrate old URLs (HTTP) to HTTPS using this plugin:

That image was on other domain, which also started to work when you change the HTTPS to HTTP

I also replaced the green bar in the other two sliders. That works now.
I uploaded the lower border with the water structure again, deleted the old one before. The page settings for the start page have been updated. The lower margin remains disappeared. What am I doing wrong?

It is the bottom edge of the slider in "Home". https://charterboot-mecklenburg.de/wp-admin/upload.phpDort is just a thin border at the moment. The file with the URL https://charterboot-mecklenburg.de/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Wasser01.png shall go there. It should then look similar to the lower border of the header on the other sides.

It's the same problem as with the "Green Bar".

The image is on other domain "http://baustelle.charterboot-mecklenburg.de", please download that image, upload it to your website and attach it one more time on your slider.

No, that can't be the same problem.
I deleted the old upload of the image via FTP access.
Then I uploaded the new border picture via the page settings of the start page. From my computer. All pictures are in the folder baustelle.charterboot-mecklenburg.de. From there they are forwarded to the domain charterboot-mecklenburg.

Look at the HTML code, the source of the image of water effect which is set in the revolution slider is on the "http://baustelle.charterboot-mecklenburg.de" - See screen: http://prntscr.com/nmf7cz

Please download that image, upload it into your website and attach it one more time on your slider.

I did. See source. The visibility of the border is defined in the settings for the start page and not in the slider. Or am I wrong?

But it cannot because this image does not exists on that domain.

It will not display that water image because it does not exists.

I uploaded the image to the directory via FTP. It was still not visible.
I recently booked HTTPS with my provider and he recommended that I revise the folder structure with a plugin. That didn't help either. I'm very desperate because I've been trying to restore the site for two weeks and nothing works. Probably all my attempts did more harm than good.
I would now have the provider install a backup from 10.04. again and start the whole thing again from the beginning. Or do you have a better idea?

The provider said that there are problems with multiple images. They prevent me from getting the green key for my website at the top of the browser bar.

That's because if you get into that website - https://baustelle.charterboot-mecklenburg.de/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Wasser01.png then you'll be redirected to HTTP version of that website.

The problem is still on your server configuration, the subdomain (baustelle) must have SSL security too, not only redirection to http.

I've changed the image source from subdomain to main domain and it works now.

My problem with the update from the beginning is still there.
I've updated the BeTheme but for the LayerSliderWP plugin I can't, it appears "Update package not available." The plugin is part of the theme, isn't it?
