Cant attach Images to image gallery

im having issues attaching images to gallery. i am able to attach a few images only, 1-10 images, after that i am not able to add any more images. The "add" button gets disabled.

Have put a slideshow instead of image grid as im not able to attach more than 10 images in the grid.

Hi,

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check if the issue still exists.

I am able to upload images to the media library.

I am not able to attach images to the gallery.

If i disable all plugins, visual composer will not be available and i wont be able to use the gallery option to test it out.

when i select gallery from visual composer elements, and i click on add images from media library, the images dont get attached to the gallery, that is the issue, no issues in uploading images to media gallery.

Did you test it with only Visual Composer plugin turned on?

Also, is your PHP Version 7 with the latest BeTheme installed?

Just gave it a try. Only visual composer plugin is active. Same issue persists. Have attached screenshots. Hope it helps.

The problem is not theme related.

We switched to the "twentyseventeen" theme and it does not work too.

You should contact your hosting provider - he should recognize the problem after looking at the logs.

If he will not see any error in the logs, then you should contact the WPBakery support team because it looks like it's the problem with their plugin.
