Nothing happens when I import the demo data

Hi guys,

I read some comments on problems with the import of the demos, plus none of them solved my problem. one of them saw that you guys ask for access to the website.

Hi,

I am having the same issue.

I am trying to import the Clinic demo data.

I've tried with and without media.

The screen just goes blank when I click "Import Demo Data".

This means that your servers does not have enough memory or are not compatible with WP import function. In both cases you must contact with server administrators.

Other themes are not Be. Our theme is really advanced tool and you can't compare this theme with other. Theme was built in accordance to best wp api practices and there is nothing else except wp functions. As we mentioned above, you must contact with server administrator because this is the only person who will be able to help you in this case.

Ok what is the minimum required memory of the server? How to know if the server is not compatible with WP Import to work with BE?

What I just ask for the server to resolve the problem.

There is no required memory. On some servers works with 32MB memory but some needs 128MB. It depends on server because some of them are very limited and only provider knows between how many people he share machine and what can be done there.
