Move Up Overflow On Mobile Devices

How can wraps be moved up (overflow previous wrap) on mobile devices? 
Unfortunately the Move Up field in the wrap settings won't work on mobile devices.

    Hey,
    they move up on mobile phones as well but you most likely have the option turned off.
    Please go to theme options>responsive>general and you will find it there

    Could this be activated or deactivated for single wraps/sections via custom css classes ?
    How should this class be defined?

    The "Move Up" on mobile option, as Bryan said, can be enabled/disabled in Theme Options > Responsive > General, in the "Options" section

    It can be enabled or disabled for all of the elements only, not for certain one.
    Of course, you can make your own css class with additional margin which will move only certain wraps, but this CSS is advanced and we do provide help only with simple css.
