Please make sure you have set the blog page in wordpress>settings>reading as the default posts page.

I do not see the issue on the blog page as a user:

Also, as can I see, you're using some kind of cache and minify plugin.

We suggest, not to use it if your website is not done yet.

Disable that plugin, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.
