Cannot find Paralax option

I am trying to create a paralax effect on some images but there is no option to do this in the section or column options. Can you please tell me how to create the paralax effect in Be Theme?

Hello,
it is in the section options under background-postion dropdown menu. You will find it at the bottom of the list.
