Change coler of action bar and put new menu

I would like to know how I can change the background color of ACTION BAR, and how to add a menu with submenus to it?

Hi,

You can change the color of Action Bar in Theme Options > Colors > Action Bar

But, it's not possible to attach submenus in that menu.
