Sub-menu aligns left and right

I have 3 menu items that have a sub-menu. The 2 on the left the sub-menu box and text align left. the one menu item to the right of the 1st two the text aligns left, but the box aligns right. I want all boxes to align left. https://icsfacilityservices.ca/

Hi,

Last two items of menu are aligned to the right to prevent overlapping on smaller resolutions.

It's set by default and it cannot be changed.
