Hi,
I just typed the name of my new website to google just to see if it started ranking already and I sadly discovered that first page that is ranking is mydomain/author/admin which leads to a page where all my posts are. On my WordPress site, there is not such a page like author/admin so I cannot delete it or at least fix the awful url.

I have never experienced this on any other theme and so I don't know how to fix it. Could you please help?

Hi,

If you applied some changes to your website SEO or removed some pages, then you have to wait few days before they it will be gone/changed.

But, to disable some pages for google robots, you have to create a sitemap.

There you will be able to select which directories can be displayed(and tested by google robots) in searching.
