I can't instal pre-built website

When i tried to instal website theme, i have the error:

(Portuguese): O site está passando por dificuldades técnicas. Verifique a caixa de entrada do e-mail do administrador do site para obter instruções.

(Translated): The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Check the site administrator's email inbox for instructions.

I tried some different themes, but not work.

you mean that you have tried different pre-built websites?

Can you please also try disabling all plugins?

What did the email say?

I tried to disable the plugins, but the problem continues

The host test reported the following:

Hello, I cannot install the bpre-built demo Safari. I get an error 500. The system status is all green marks. And I installed all required plugins and reset the database. Can I manually install the demos?

Found it. Had to deactivate all plugins.

Which problem, with cURL 28?

You can see that this issue is about connection timeout and the problem
is not theme related. It is all about the hosting provider. He should
already recognize and amend this issue by looking at the error message.

Please answer my questions below:

1) Is your theme and wp up to date?

2) Is your PHP Version 7 or higher?

3) Did you test to import the pre-built website with all of the plugins disabled?

Also, please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing the php_max_input_vars value to 5000 or higher.
