Betheme Update Fail

Hello,

if i want to Update my page: https://www.fahrschule-helle.de/ everything is right wordpress version, plugin update all good.

But if i want to Update the betheme Theme there is always an error.

I put the site from an subdomain to the real domain and since there this update fails.

The message is:

Theme-Aktualisierung fehlgeschlagen.

Beim Aktualisieren von Betheme ist ein Fehler aufgetreten: Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden. Das Paket enthält keine Dateien.

Hi,

Check if your license key is not used anywhere else than your main domain and subdomain with this tool:

Also, deregister all of the bethemes and register it first on main domain, then on subdomain.

On both, try to update the theme like 3-4 times with all of the plugins disabled.
