I'm posting on your STORE theme blog, but I can not change the text that appears under the title of the posts. I can not find the place where this text is:

I also can not find the place where the language of the buttons "read more", "Categories", "Tags", "Authors", "Show all"

please try looking in theme options>translate. It should be all there.

This is called the 'excerpt field'. If you want your own custom text there, edit the single post and insert the text into the field. See screen: http://prntscr.com/nxdbxi

Sure thing, your tabs was somwhere else because you are using an older version of WordPress.
