All Portfolio items are not displayed

Hi, I have the following issue. On my website https://bookiby.com I have created different categories of portfolios. When I configured the number of portfolio items in theme options to 21 it appears very well in the first category called "Bogotá" as shown in the following link https://bookiby.com/hoteles-colombia/bogota/. However, although I have configured pagination to show more items it is never shown, and it does not work in the other categories either. Could you help me?
