Muffin Builder is stuck at saving

Hi Support,

I recently updated WordPress and PHP (using WHM) and my Muffin Builder doesn't save any more. I've looked at several forum posts to fix this myself but nothing works. I updated PHP Max Input Vars to 10000 and WP Memory Limit to 128M. I confirmed these changes on my wp_config as well as WHM admin page and they look right.

I am unable to edit an existing page or add a new page, nothing works.

Please recommend the best way to proceed... thanks!

Does this have anything to do with Builder not saving?

Hi,

Your theme is way too old, it's 11! - Right now we're using the 21.2.5

Please update it to the latest version first.

Here is an instruction on how to update the theme:
http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#general
Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the
files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a
fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.
