Two exact same sites (different languages) with the same license

Hello everyone, 

I developed a site in Portuguese with Be Theme (the best) and my client asked me to duplicate this site to make the version also in English. The site is exactly the same. Do I need to buy an extra license to be able to have this site in English online?
