Problems with image look for blogs and other posts

Can someone explain/help me why the images for blog listing are not cropped and resized in order to meat the reguiremets. Tried every single option for the theme and no luck.

Hi,

You have to regenerate them with the "thumbnail regeneration" plugin.

Also, to change the size of the images used in portfolio/blog, please navigate
to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>featured image
