Muffin editor doesn't appear and I can't edit my pages

We use BeTheme template.

We try to edit the pages and muffin doesn't appear. It just appears block editor.

I think We have all plugins updated.

Hi,

Check, if you didn't hide your Muffin Builder.

Just edit your page and click the "Page Options" section

No, It doens't appear anything.

Blank page appears.

When I make a new page.

Muffin appears but It doesn't work at all.

Our site is multi-site.

In the sub-sites when we try edit pages It doesn't appear anything total blanck page.

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

Also, if you're using the "Multisite" please be sure that it's configured correctly and switch the "Table Prefix" to "Prefix" in Theme Options > Global > Advanced

Did you try to disable all of the plugins and check if the Muffin Builder will be back?
