Completely disable hovering effect on featured images

Dears,

I have a problem with disabling hover effects on featured images. I can disable the zoom or the link using the CSS, but when hovering over the picture, it still transitions a little bit up and fades.

Can you help?

Hi,

Sure, please go to the Theme Options > Global > General and
change the "Style" of "Image Frame" section to "Disable hover
effects"
