Problema com a licença

A minha licença estava habilitada em um site mas eu gostaria de migrar a mesma licença para outro site. Desabilitei a licença do site atual e comecei a fazer o processo para recoloca-la no novo porem toda vez que tentava utilizar a chave me aparecia uma mensagem dizendo que o mesmo código já estava sendo utilizado pelo site do qual eu havia desabilitado. Como posso resolver esse problema?
