How to change menu color?

Hello. New here and my first experience using Betheme. I've just started building my new site, and I'm unclear on how to do something The menu background stays white and when I hover over a menu option the text turns white on white background so I can't even read it. Am I missing something here? Sorry for the newbie question, but I just can't figure it out. My very much under construction site is located at www.carlscomputercare.com
