Hi,

I downloaded the latest update and tried to install it but it doesn't work (when I overwrite class-tgm-plugin-activation.php).
Any ideas?

Can it be from the fact that the php version on the hosting is 5.2.X?

Yes, this could be the reason of course but to be sure we need access. Few hours ago we uploaded new version of theme so you can also download newest version and check if this helps. There is a fix for different php versions.
