Auto Play Vimeo Doesn't Work

Hi,

The video plug in which takes either Youtube or Vimeo video codes doesn't auto play.
I've also tried embedding iframe code from Vimeo with the autoplay code but that too doesn't work.

Is there something in the theme which is blocking that?

The video is towards the bottom of the home page.

In Chrome the placeholder / thumbnail image for the video loads, but in Safari it doesn't and it's just black.
Please could you help.
