Cannot acces to the pre-built websites

Hi, I have two websites using Betheme. The first one has the abbility to change the theme design with one of the pre-built sites, but the second one don't have this abbility. When I click on the link with the pre-built sites, I get this mesage "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page". I can't imagine why is that? Maybe the key is hidding in the fact that the second site is sharing the same hosting as the first one. Can you please help me?

Hello,

First of all, please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

Also, please go to the Theme Options > Global > Advanced and check if you didn't disable the "BeTheme pre-built websites" option.
