Add "read more" on Catalog mode

Hello,

Any ideea if i can add a "read more" button on the catalog mode?
So, my store page it's: 

I have set up "list" view. But maibe somebody dosen't know that he must click on the picture or on title to see the product .
It's posible to add a "Read more" button?
