Hello

I have made a lot of changes and customs css in original theme

How can I update without losing data and custom changes?

Is all of your CSS code which you changed stored in the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS or in theme files?

Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and

BeTheme > Theme Options for global appearance

I also have custom CSS for each single page (WP Bakery page settings)

I have merged all of theme int the BeTheme > Theme Options

But I have some inline styles for sections

So, if you have copied all of the CSS into the Theme Options, then feel free to update.

The inline styles will not be removed, because they are in content.

So, update it.
