Offset containers with height of header menu

I would like to offset my full screen revolution slider with the height of the top menu. What should I enter in the Offset Container field?

Example: #header or .header, .footer, #somecontainer | The height of fullscreen slider will be decreased with the height of these Containers to fit perfect in the screen

I found out that the offset container should include #Header_wrapper. Problem solved.
