sidebar padding

The sidebar goes so far up its underneath the transparent menu. Is it possible to add padding to the top of the side bar to push it down?

Hello,

The transparent menu by default does not have any height inside, that's why the content is underneath the header.

So, I suggest to change that header to classic and change the header color to white, it's the most easy solution.

If you turn on the "Classic" menu, you can turn on the "Header" and "Top Bar with Menu" transparent option in Theme Options > Global > General
