Update for Rev Slider not possible

Hi muffingroup,

I just wanted to update the rev slider but it says the update's not possible 'cause the package is empty.

"Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden. Das Paket enthält keine Dateien. The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

Plugin-Aktualisierung fehlgeschlagen." Plugin update failed.

Now the whole slider disappeared on my client's website.

Please fix.

Hey, this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)

After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

Hi. I am having the same issue as above. After deactivating all the plugins and then gone to deregister the theme it says to make sure I delete all of the theme files. Can you please advise as to where and how I do this? Thanks.

If you are having issues with deregistering your license key, want to
manage your license key or most important, you want to deregister a
website that has been removed without deregistering it first, head to

Hi Pablo

I have done this, thank you, however I still get the same issue. After clicking on deregister through WP dashboard>betheme>dashboard it says that the "referer domain is different to the registered domain" and to contact muffingroup. Can you please advise how I rectify this so that I can update the theme, and then hopefully work through updating the plugins? Thanks heaps

1) These login credentials are not working.

2) The license key is still claimed on the development site
