My Betheme theme is damaging my Wordpress account

Good morning!
I followed the instructions on the link.
It puts, within FileZilla, "The connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server "
I wanted to log in to my Wordpress account again but it puts me back in. "The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site administrator's email inbox for instructions." I think it is to put it back in "recovery mode". But the same problem remains. I do not know how to fix it. And I have spent 60 euros on this issue Betheme so that besides it is not fully charged, I can not even access my Wordpress account. Thanks for your attention.

    Hello,
    The BeTheme does not anything for the FTP Connection, you have to contact your hosting provider in that case.
    Also, BeTheme with bundled plugins works fine and the issue is probably related to one of the third-party plugins.

    So, please contact your hosting provider about that FTP connection and disable all of the plugins.
