Error updating theme

Hi there. I have attempted to update the theme but failed with the following error. I have requested support from the hosting company (siteground) and they asked me to get an archive of theme (basically can you get me the latest theme package for now at least) so that they can perform a manual update on their side. Thank you. -eeleong
