Add left and right padding for Dektop Logo and menu

Hi I want to add left and right padding to the Logo and the menu.

Hello,

1) Turn off the "Full Width" option in Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header

2) Manipulate the "Grid Width" (to be smaller) in Theme Options > Global > General
