BeTheme Countdown not working

Hi there

We have a product launch on the 4th of November, and the countdown counter is not working.

Please assist soonest, my client not very happy with me.

I've update the latest Wordpress and Betheme.

Which countdown do you mean?

All I can see, there is a coming soon mode enabled, please disable it first.
