How do I change the images within a gallery

Hi

I'm no coder, so need some help please?

I have this shortcode (below) which creates an image Gallery that is at it was when it shipped with my BeTheme.

I'd like to retain the gallery on the website, but change the images, and I can't seem to work out how to change the images.  I have created the 8 images the same size as the existing images, but can't work out how the image ID's relate, or how I change the images?

The shortcode syntax is:  [gallery columns="4" link="file" ids="68,69,70,71,72,73,74,75" style="flat"]
