Order Cash on delivery

Hello,

could you kindly let me know why the confirmation mail of the order for the customer that choose to pay cash on delivery it is not coming out?

For the other two type of payments I put on my shop (transfer payment and by cash in my warehouse) is coming out.

I tried to find the solution but I couldn't solve this.

Hello,

Did you set the proper mail in a WooCommerce settings?

Also, did you check in a spam of your mail?

Yes I set everything in Woocommerce and the mail it is not in spam.

I cannot understand where is the problem.

Tell me, is there any mail coming about the order on your mail?

Or do you ask only about the option of pay?

All the other mails are coming out without any problem.

The only mail is not coming out is when the customer choose to pay by cash on delivery,

There is no e-mail notifications like that in WooCommerce by the default.

You can only enable the "Customer invoice" (WooCommerce > Settings > Emails) which does not include that information at all, but you can edit it in the woocommerce files - but sadly, we do not support the plugin's files customizations.
