Betheme will not update

Hello. One one of my sites https://evaehler.dk/, betheme will not update. I try to updaate through the Envato market Plugin. And it fails. And it really need and update - its an old version of BeTheme. However wordpress do also tell me I have problems with some templates for my webshop, that will not install and I can not install WPbakery Builder - I can not activate it before it is updated and it will not update.

Update your theme to the latest version. If there is no update, you can contact the developer of your theme and ask for compatibility options with the current WooCommerce version.
If you have copied over a template file to change something, you need to copy the new template version and apply your changes again.

    Hello,
    You shouldn't use any of the plugins to update the theme or update any other plugins - it just does not have any sense and it will not gonna work fine.

    Is there any error message while trying to update the plugins in proper way? (BeTheme > Install Plugins) - please show me it on the screenshot (https://prnt.sc)

    Also, the Child Theme includes only the files which are necessary for customizations, but it does not mean, that we customized it in any way - all of the customizations in the Child Theme are made by customers.
    Clean Child Theme is the same as the Parent Theme.
